Victorian Lady

Victorian Lady 2014
I have 2 cards for you this week. The Outlawz Twisted Thursday challenge. One of them is from last week and this one is for this week. the twist for this week is to add some texture to your card.

My image came from this sheet of Vintage woman’s
and Paper Temptress

The spellbinder used to cut the image out is called labels four. The designer paper is one sheet I found, so I do not know who made it. The paper does have all kinds of sparkles.

On the inside I add some diamond mesh texture and some gold corners I have had in my stash.

This was a pin that lost a stone so I added some orange stickles several times and each time I would let it dry until it filled the opening. Added a mesh with some pearls.

Here is a close up of the image, they are so pretty and they come already colored.

and I have here another sheet of nicecrane beautiful birds. This was for a challenge for the first day of Spring.

Birdie says Hello 2014 r
used an embossing folder from Sizzix called leaves with branches. Stampin up punch called modern label extra large for the sentiment and the sentiment is from the Angel company.

Another side view of the card. Here is the sheet of the other designs that come with these birds.

Birdie says Hello 2014 i
used the laurel leaf from Martha Steward and embossed the paper on the inside. These are so easy to make because the images are already colored and to me that is so different but if you need a card in a hurry these images are wonderful.

Thanks so much for stopping by and have a wonderful week end.

Really gorgeous vintage cards, Pat! Love how you add your own special touch to them! Your idea for that pin was a stroke of genius! :^) Hope you are doing well in Texas; don't work too hard or wear yourself out!

Both of these are beautiful. You've added great touches to both. How clever to fill in the opening of the brooch with the Stickles! Love it.
